It aggregates a large number of online payments to allow any individual requiring financial assistance to raise funds for medical expenses - be it cancer, transplant, accident, or any medical emergency.

Job Profile :

1. Design Customer lifecycle strategies to support the delivery of Consumer Base segment KPIs

2. Design requirements and work with the communications team to create engaging campaign content to support all initiatives.

3. Execute monthly and quarterly plans that maximize revenue through effective and targeted up-sell, cross-sell and increased product penetration.

4. Monitor and report on the performance of these campaigns against agreed KPIs.

5. Identify market opportunities, trends and threats and propose appropriate actions that can then become targeted activities to engage and grow the base

6. Extensive and effective operational team working with many stakeholders across the business.

Experience / skills :

- Proven experience in retention marketing 3+ yrs

- Worked on Tools - Moengage, Clevertap

- Analytical and insight driven

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate and influence.
