Impact Director - Healthcare (5-10 yrs)

Bangalore Job Code: 632673

Director of Impact

- Arthan's partner organisation is an award-winning healthcare non-profit that is pioneering a new paradigm of healthcare in India. It trains marginalized patient families with health skills in order to improve outcomes and save lives. It teaches those who care the most, how to help those who need it most by turning hospital wards and waiting rooms into classrooms where families are certified in the conditions they face before returning home to uncertain environments. Fast Company recognized them as among the 10 most innovative companies in India in 2016 and 2017 (45th worldwide) and we've also been recognized or supported by Forbes, TedMED, World Health Organization, New York Times and others. The program was developed by innovators from Stanford University and since its launch in 2013, has reached over 100,000 families through 22+ hospital partners in India. The CCP program is entering a new and very exciting phase of national-level expansion in partnership with several Indian state governments. This first phase of our scale-up is a significant opportunity to evaluate the impact of CCP model in a breadth of contexts so that we can ensure that only the most highly impactful, life-saving, cost-effective version of this program is what is ultimately scaled up nationally and understood for replication internationally.
