Job Description :
Position Overview :
- As a Key Member in the IMP Group, the person will directly report to the Board of Directors, He / She will directly assist the Managing Director in all the strategical and technical matters as they relate to the management of finance, strategic planning activities, investment analysis and implementation accounting, tax and legal.
- He will be responsible to implement effective internal controls and procedures to safeguard all assets of IMP Group.
- The candidate must have proven written and verbal communication skills along with a Proactive Leader and a contributory member of highly professional and experienced Management Team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of IMP Group, includes Finance and Accounting but are not specific to the following.
- Strategic planning & day to day management of finances, cash flows, working capital & treasury operations.
- Interacting with more than 8 consortium/multiple bankers/NBFCs/Investors.
- Interaction with Merchant banker, Analysts, auditors, rating agency, Advisors & other stakeholders.
- Experience of at least one public issue & should have worked in a listed co.
- Establishing Annual Business Plans, Growth strategy, Performance management plans, Budgets, MISs, Financial Models, Project Viability Reports and other estimates & forecasts.
- Due diligence, valuations & business structuring.
- Implementing revenue & cost optimization techniques by being involved in it.
- Work closely with Promoter Director & other Organizational HODs to achieve Business objectives.
- Strategic analysis & improvements of financial systems, policies & procedures.
- Review and Analysis of financials - Actuals vs. Business Plan. Taking corrective actions.
- Controllership & Decision support, Cost & Ratios analysis, Cost control and reduction.
- Compliance with Taxation, Corporate laws, Audit and Accounting Standards, Due diligence, M & A etc.
- Leadership & directions to Finance, Accounting, Auditing & Taxation team. Monitoring major receivables, payables, fixed assets, capital expenditure & other major items. Ind AS/IFRS, ERP implementation.
- Financial reporting and analysis i.e. Annual, Quarterly, Monthly & Daily Financial statements.

Qualification and Experience :
- Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years of Industry experience, MBA Finance will be an added advantage.
