iMonitor Solutions - City Head (3-7 yrs)
iMonitor Solutions is incorporated both in US and India since 2011. The R&D and support centre is located in Bangalore while the regional office in North is located in South Delhi. We are in a growth phase and are looking for young, talented professionals with few years of experience in business development role.
The firm leverages new age technologies such as wireless, mobility, cloud and big data to build solutions for diverse set of customers. The applications include making homes smarter, secure, energy efficient and more convenient to live in. It also helps conserve energy for communities and is actively building solutions for smart cities.
The city heads would drive revenue and margins from their respective geographies. They would report directly to the Vice President - Business Development. Those found promising and consistent in performance would be eligible for Regional Sales Head position.
Prefer candidates who bring passion and commitment to the organisation and are open to adapt to the changing demand supply landscape.
The compensation would be a mix of Fixed + Variable,
Variable will have both components - quarterly and annual.
Those joining now would be eligible for options one year from now based on performance.
