iMocha is looking for an experienced sales leader to drive sales and build a high performing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing SaaS company and contribute to the shaping and scaling of the organization. This individual will be responsible for all revenue generation for the USA region, including building, managing, and developing a high-performance SaaS sales team, developing a methodical, data-driven sales process, filling and driving the sales pipeline, and closing enterprise-level deals across all industry verticals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales, aggressively expand the customer base and generate new revenue

- Recruit, train and lead a team of high-performing enterprise sales executives - Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at Enterprise and Medium-size businesses

- Lead in-person client presentations to C-level executives and talent teams, including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations and proposals

- Contact potential prospects based on your own research to build a robust sales pipeline

- Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals

- Determine sales and marketing strategies that help increase revenue

- Collaborate with internal customer success and product teams, and provide feedback from the field to help shape future development

- Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives

What you bring :

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise software sales with an emphasis on SaaS sales

- Strong sales leadership with experience of building and managing dynamic and high performing sales team

- Has managed National or Multiple Regions in USA before

- Prior experience at a start-up in its growth stage is preferred

- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing high ticket value-based deals across sectors

- Passion, drive and the desire to be a part of a growing team that makes a difference for both the

company and our clients

- Ability to develop relationships at all levels of customer organization - Ability to work in a high paced start-up work culture
