Social Media Marketer - Copy - As the Social media specialist, you will be instrumental in building brand awareness for iMocha's Skill Intelligence platform by nurturing Twitter, Quora, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram channels. - Bring creative angle to our social media marketing approach with in-the moment marketing and think/execute various experiments to get viral. Responsibilities : 1. Primary owner to grow iMocha brand in Twitter, Quora, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram 2. Look for creative aspects to social media marketing approach across channels 3. Lead in-the moment marketing and to look at avenues to create viral social content 4. Manage logistics for iMocha podcast, run LinkedIn Live, Twitter Spaces etc. with HR community on social channels 5. Identify opportunities from product, thought leadership, customer success, leadership, sales, HR teams that enable us in becoming the category creator/leader 6. Closely track social media metrics against competition 7. Share learnings weekly on what has done well and track competition Requirements : 1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in managing company social channels and for companies catering to the U.S. audience 2. Past experience in creating moment marketing opportunities on socials 3. Proven ability of having built brand awareness with creative ideas and execution 4. Have written from brand building perspective - B2B, HRTech, SaaS brands 5. Past experience in managing events on socials - like podcasts, LinkedIn live, Twitter spaces, Clubhouse etc.
