PR & Community Manager - As the PR & Community Lead, you will be instrumental in building our brand through getting our stories covered on media and building a community among influencers, customers and analysts. - You will manage end to end media relations, track share of voice and grow it, find opportunities to amplify our stories with other channels, get influencers/customers/analysts to participate in our events, joint presentations etc. Responsibilities : 1. Lead PR end to end - get media mentions, authored articles, interviews and podcast opportunities with leading business and HR focused media both in India and the US 2. Improve brand awareness through tier-1 media mentions in India and the US 3. Track and grow share of voice of iMocha brand 4. Make sure spokespersons are briefed and trained to convey key messages and become media savvy 5. Identify, engage and build relationship with HR industry analysts, influencers and ICP audience 6. Identify opportunities to involve HR community members in iMocha events - round tables, podcasts, webinar, speaking slots etc. 7. Building online community and support in offline round table events 8. Support in running the advisory board Background and Skills : 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in PR (more from in-house with a mix of agency experience) - Good handle of the media landscape in India and the US - Prior experience working and building a brand in the US will be preferred - Excellent writing skills. Confident in writing press releases and other PR deliverables as well as byline articles - Ability to work independently and work under tight deadlines - Experience working with technology, business, and trade media to achieve communications goals.
