Responsibilities: <ul><li>Own the existing relationships within the assigned territory</li> <li>Expand into existing account (new teams, new locations, new use cases) to achieve expansion and revenue growth goals</li> <li>Maintain strong business relationships with clients</li> <li>Work with internal teams to develop effective marketing and nurturing plans</li> <li>Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals</li> <li>Ensure customer satisfaction</li> <li>Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better serve the clients</li> <li>Accurately forecast monthly quarterly and annual opportunities and maintain CRM hygiene</li> <li>Build highly motivated team. Prior experience of building team will be an added advantage</li> <li>Leverage partners to meet assigned revenue goals</li></ul>Requirements: - 7+ years of demonstrated successful Software Sales Experience (SaaS / Cloud) and sold to target audience (large IT services company (TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Infosys, Capgemini and likes) Product companies (Nice, Coupa and likes), high growth start-ups and Digital Natives) - Computer Engineer with MBA - HR Tech sales experience is a plus - Solution or consultative sales experience - Data management experience using HubSpot or similar CRM - Proven ability to develop and maintain an effective network of contacts and build relationships at all levels of the customer / prospect organization
