iMocha - Account Manager (7-10 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Own the existing relationships within the assigned territory
- Expand into existing account (new teams, new locations, new use cases) to achieve expansion and revenue growth goals
- Maintain strong business relationships with clients
- Work with internal teams to develop effective marketing and nurturing plans
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better serve the clients
- Accurately forecast monthly quarterly and annual opportunities and maintain CRM hygiene
- Build highly motivated team. Prior experience of building team will be an added advantage
- Leverage partners to meet assigned revenue goals
- 7+ years of demonstrated successful Software Sales Experience (SaaS / Cloud) and sold to target audience (large IT services company (TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Infosys, Capgemini and likes) Product companies (Nice, Coupa and likes), high growth start-ups and Digital Natives)
- Computer Engineer with MBA
- HR Tech sales experience is a plus
- Solution or consultative sales experience
- Data management experience using HubSpot or similar CRM
- Proven ability to develop and maintain an effective network of contacts and build relationships at all levels of the customer / prospect organization
