Job Title: General Manager - Blended Product (Plant Head/P&amp;L Head) Job Summary: Overall responsibility of the clay blending platform. Accountable for platform P&amp;L, coordinate with operations, sales and business development activities. He/she is a key contributor to strategy development, business planning and budgeting process. Education: BE/BTech Ceramics Engineering, MBA in Sales and Operations will be a plus Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in an industrial company in senior sales or business development role. Knowledge of industrial minerals is preferred. Location: Nadiad Roles and responsibilities: - Coordinate with sales and operations to deliver defined budgeted volumes and profitability. Define product portfolio strategy, value proposition and price. - Work with communication team to define platform promotions. - Define addressable market, target customer base and prepare action plan. - Leads the preparation of short to medium term business plans, commercial action plans. Establish and monitor the sales budget and forecast according to company's standards. - Communicate effectively internally and externally, use the various tools available to serve this purpose, give feedback about the local competitive landscape and market perspectives. - Recruit, Coach, Develop and Retain the key Talents.
