iMerit - SEO Specialist (4-8 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Build an SEO roadmap and manage progress to acquire a share of voice on Google Search and other networks
- Focus on high-intent and high-volume relevant searches to drive traffic
- Identify short and long-term SEO recommendations and work to execute them, including page load, Mobile friendliness, speed, etc.
- Make recommendations on website architecture, content strategy, and link-building
- Regularly perform SEO audits on the website and share results and insights
- Competitor tracking and research to stay up-to-date and maintain positions
- On-page SEO (Keyword planning, Title, Description, etc.) and Off-page activities for the website
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for creatives, content, and development.
Required Key skills:
- Expertise in SEO, including techniques to identify website optimization
- Expertise in SEO, including techniques to identify website optimization
- Proficient with SEO tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, Moz, etc.
- Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
- Good communication skills
