About the job

Do you love building and scaling brands with measurable marketing results through multiple digital channels? We have an exciting role for a Digital Business Development Manager. We are looking for a dynamic sales professional to join our team, whose focus will be on driving customer growth. You have a strong interest in connecting with people and solving their problems, you are interested in digital branding and strategy.

You will be managing a team of 2-3 business development managers while working directly with our Director of Client Services. Be ready to get involved in all aspects of the business.

Major Responsibilities

- Pitching Imergey solutions to prospective clients via digital channels as well as in-person business meetings.

- Research and come up with new creative ways to partner and collaborate with organizations and institutions.

- Conduct market research and contribute to ideas for new product or market potential.

- Support development of customer proposal for Imergey prospects and customers.

- Work with content marketing team to help inform content strategy, develop campaign-specific messages and align demand generation programs with ongoing copywriting initiatives

- Manage a team of 2-3 business development managers

- Help prepare and run the online / offline events with Imergey team and partners

- Assist with special projects as assigned and guided.

Requirements

- 8-12 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B context

- Knowledge of how to use digital channels, social media and software tools for lead generation

- Digital marketing & growth hacking mindset

- Ability to think strategically and also drive forward tactical execution

- Basic project management skills, with a strong ability to balance multiple priorities in a lean and demanding work environment

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with CXO clientele

- Ability to work well with different cultures and collaborate

- Self-motivated, able to work well in a team as well as independently

- Good command in both written and spoken English
