- Preferably an MBA graduate, the role requires minimum 5 years experience at the national level, handling sales and business development.
- Should be able to identify, develop and convert new revenue channels and bring in overall net profitability
- Should be able to determine gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- Be able to implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Complete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Assist in recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge and being active and engaging on the Internet and social media.
- Achievement of sales, profit, and strategic objectives month on month
- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
- Fixed Pay: Rs. 7 lakhs p.a
- Bonuses/ incentives/ commissions: Upto 7 lakhs p.a.
