Job Description:

- In-depth knowledge of different Financial Assets and various functions with in Investment Bank which includes- Equity, Fixed Income, Money Market, FX Market, Derivatives - Forward, Future, Option and Swaps.

- Functions - Corporate Actions, Collateral Management, Stock Borrowing & Lending, Reconciliations, Asset Management (Mutual Fund and Hedge Fund), Risk Management, Global Market Regulations.

Role & Responsibilities of Various Financial Market Participants :

- Understanding of IB Ops and Various departments/team involved in IB Operation

- In depth understating of Trade Life Cycle - (Exchange Product TLC and OTC Product TLC)

- Knowledge of Advance Derivatives Concepts - Credit Derivatives, Interest Rate Derivatives, Exotic Options, Option Strategies, Interest Rate Options, FX Options etc..

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills written and oral; confident in interaction with all levels of employees.

- Energetic and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

- Forward thinking with the ability to assert new ideas and follow them through.

- Find alternative solutions and identify clear objectives.

- Be responsible to continuously invest in learning/training to stay abreast of constantly changing regulatory requirements including keeping abreast of industry developments

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel / Powerpoint / Word).
