Manager - Market Acquisition

We are a team of engineers and creative thinkers, working towards the development of renewable power plants, energy-efficient buildings with competent construction methodologies, clean transportation, and high-potent agriculture & manufacturing technologies.

The Big Picture: The BDM will act as a dynamic business development expert to strategize and handle marketing and branding aspects of our new online platform.

What you can expect as a Business Development Manager at Illumine-i:

- You'll Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and customer needs.

- You'll manage email and social media marketing campaigns.

- You'll provide support to sales engineers on successful client closure and retention.

- You'll ensure the company's brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.

- You'll develop and manage team members by delegating tasks, reviewing work, and adhering to deadlines.

- You'll send weekly sales and marketing reports to stakeholders and provide weekly updates.

- You'll have to come up with innovative new communication plans to reach out to potential new customers.

- You'll expand the market to other geographies and implement outreach activities for client engagement.

- You'll implement Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other mass marketing tool-based projects.

- You'll coordinate with other cross-functional partners like Customer Success, Project Management, and Engineering to ensure alignment.

Essential Qualifications include:

- Bachelor's degree with previous experience including leading/collaborating in marketing teams. MBA is a plus.

- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.

- Experience in working closely with sales teams to drive demand and build pipelines.

- Experience in marketing to a North American audience.
