Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the Investment Calendar to Guarantee all Strategic Tasks and Timelines are Met

- Coordinate with Wealth Advisors, Tax Consultants, Compliance Bodies on Deal Executing, Investment Structuring, and Portfolio Monitoring

- Coordinate all Fundraising Activities across both Ventures and Philanthropy, Engaging with HNIs, Family Offices, Grant Organisations and Investment Funds

- Coordinate on Due Diligence, Financial Analysis, Transaction Execution for investment Opportunities, regardless of Sector of Asset-Class

- Coordinate all Corporate Finance Activities for Strategic Investments, Portfolio Companies, and Philanthropic Programs as Required

- Manage the Investment Data Rooms to Track all Active and Prospective Investments

- Research on Real Estate Opportunities including REITs, Retail, and Commercial Properties across India, and Present an Investment Memo for Decision Making

- Monitor the Performance of Real Estate Portfolio and Highlight any Optimizations on Revenue (Top Line) and Profitability (Bottom Line)

- Research on Public Market Opportunities including Index Funds, Mutual Funds, and Direct Equities across Sectors, and Present an Investment Memo for Decision Making

- Monitor the Performance of Public Equity Portfolio and Highlight any Changes in Returns and Follow-on Investment Opportunities

- Research on Private Equity Opportunities including across Venture, Growth, and Buyouts across Stages, and Present an Investment Memo for Decision Making

- Monitor the Performance of Public Equity Portfolio and Highlight any Changes in Returns and Co Investment Opportunities

- Collaborate with Ilabs Group to Explore any Lending Options or Fixed Income Securities

Experience :

- Market Research, Verbal-Written-Presentation Skills, and Financial Models

- Bachelors in Technology or Bachelors in Commerce from a Top University is Mandatory

- Successful completion of CFA level 3 examination is mandatory

- Masters in Finance, Economics, or Business from a Top 100 University is Mandatory

- 3 - 5 Years of Experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Family Office
