Iksula Regional Manager- Sales

Qualification : Has 6 to 11 years of work experience as a Regional Sales Manager.

ECOMMERCE EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY:

- Should have worked with large enterprise clients and strong understanding of Magento , Hybris , salesforce platform

- eCommerce service based company experience mandatory.

- Is an MBA from an accredited university

- Business Skills ; Relationship management, business development, bid management, Client retention, Supplier negotiation, upsell, cross sell, segmentation, funnel development, revenue planning etc.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Sell services and solutions by maintaining and expanding customer base and managing staff.

- Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.

- Prepare and complete action plans and implement productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

- Resolve problems, complete audits, identify trends, determine regional sales system improvements, and implement change when necessary.

- Meet regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

- Establish sales objective by creating a sales plan and quota for regions in support of national objectives.

- Maintain and expand customer base ,building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities.

- Should maintain strong connect with CXO level

- Can work as an Individual contributor , manage to get his own leads and close.
