Responsibilities: - Manage end to end HR Operations - Act as HR advisor to employees and business managers - Set and drive the annual and mid-year processes with a focus on performance management and talent development. - Drive all Employee Engagements Initiatives/Activities/ KPI monitoring. Conducting Open house/Town hall with the India leadership team. - Ensure proactive employee communications on Organization's process and policies - Track employee escalations and take proactive steps to control escalations. - Provide support in implementing Talent Management initiatives, policies and processes. - Handle statutory compliances (end to end) Qualifications: - MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management with 5+ years of post-qualification work experience in Human Resources. - Ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions independently - Experience of implementing HR tools and automating HR processes would be a plus. - High energy individual with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills, ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders; hands-on approach
