Roles & Responsibilities : - Exceed target for revenue, OB and protecting revenue and increase profitability through sell and cross sell maintaining healthy GM% - Develop and grow strategic relationship with the accounts, which is mutually beneficial at all levels - Business development focused on existing commerce services' (Consulting +Tech + Ops + Marketing + Staffing) - Initiate, build & develop business on advance Supply Chain, Analytics, Big data, Robotics process automation, AI, Digital transformation, cloud and integrated content deals ( e Commerce related services) - Increase share of wallet ensuring clients are maximizing the value of services provided. - Proactively engages customers, understanding the business requirement and effectively manages multiple client opportunities - Develops client deliverable such as a request for information (RFI), request for proposal response (RFP), statements of work (SOWs), and oral presentations, coordinating with legal, business finance for the RFP. - Proactively and periodically review the current performance levels of Iksula's engagement in the account and plan actions based on the same. - Develop complex pricing strategies and translate to compelling client value proposition. - Perform win/loss analysis, Track competition activity in accounts, Schedule frequent reviews with internal teams like opportunity reviews, service delivery reviews and customer centricity reviews. - Ensuring senior management meetings for periodic review with customers / BU An ideal candidate : - Has 7 - 11 years of work experience as a Key Accounts Manager/Client Partner. ECOMMERCE EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY - Magento, Drupal, Shopify experience mandatory. - Ecommerce service based company experience mandatory. - Is an MBA from an accredited university - Business Skills - Relationship management, business development, bid management, Client retention, Supplier negotiation, upsell, cross sell, etc
