IKS - Senior Manager - HR Business Partner

- The HRBP role is to work closely with internal stakeholders to develop a people agenda that aligns to, and supports, the overall strategic objectives of their specific LOBs and the organization on the whole.

Internal Description:

Key responsibilities will include and not be limited to:

- Must comprehend the LOBs and IKS business strategy and needs, and thereby be able to determine the talent required to deliver these strategies including programs that enable their success(Talent acquisition, Onboarding and Functional training)

- Help identify, manage, develop and retain the high potentials across levels. (Talent retention and Talent development)

- Strategize about talent and succession planning, and work regularly with LOB Leaders and senior management to ensure their LOB organization has a pipeline of future leaders( Top talent management and Succession planning, Leadership development).

- Partner in driving key people engagement and business metrics ( Performance management, Talent Engagement)

- Be or act as a change agent. anticipate, help design, and then shape organizational change ( Change management)

- Work with LOB leaders to resolve business problems, in order to drive the business forward ( Business strategy)

- Work with LOB leaders to resurrect at least 5 people leaders in the amber zone in a fiscal ( Talent development)

- Work with the internal teams to create a high employee brand value for IKS ( Employer branding)

- As custodians, communicate, connect and nurture the IKS culture across the org Cultural ambassadors
