The role encompasses multiple deliverables and goals that is spread across people, capabilities, processes and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for conceptualizing, designing and implementing learning & development programs for robust business growth and the alignment of the strategies with company goals

- Partner with leadership in devising specific programs and driving departmentally focused engagements, ensuring alignment between competencies and leadership development strategies to achieve operational goals

- Create the roadmap, design, create and facilitate platforms to ensure coverage of all employees within the ops function starting from individual contributors to leaders on areas entailing Operations excellence, Cross-functional certifications for Product Team & Operations Team, Regulatory certifications as per compliance guidelines

- Optimize learning spends by successfully implementing customized Learning Management System (LMS) at organization level impacting reach and delivery in time

- Proficiency in applying the competency framework through mapping behavioral and functional skills across the organization

- Achieve excellence by successfully implementing Training Certifications for business managers by conducting - Business functions to design, develop, deliver and sustain training programs for each functional area

- Functional subject matter experts to understand desired business outcomes and translating them into appropriate sustainable learning solutions

- Facilitating organizational learning and development, knowledge management and ensuring exchange of information for implementing best practices, process adherence as per audit requirements and leading innovations

- Budgeting & Forecasting in accordance for annual Learning & Development financial planning as well as monitoring spends for the same

- Creating innovative learning formats - classroom and digital to ensure excitement, engagement and geographical coverage, Implementation of customized Learning Management System (LMS), Implementation of social learning framework, Implementation of micro learning framework as a part of learning continuum for Leadership and functional competency development

- Own and Manage key accounts learnability and efficacy in association with key decision-makers

- Assess & analyze client needs by identifying L&D led business solutions, project management with content development team and orient trainers on various training programs

- Script the go-to-market strategy for the new innovative training delivery mechanism (Video learning, Audio books, satellite learning centers)

- Implement robust processes in terms of training delivery, training systems & processes and content creation

- Partner and liaise with businesses in identifying training needs and developing learning intervention paths for each job role

- Spearhead Capability Building 2.0

- Be the IKS ambassador at different Industry forums

Experience and Qualifications:

- Preferred MBA Degree or a PG in management from a reputed institute.

- 15+ years of experience. With At least 6 years heading Training function.

- Experience in implementing Latest LMS techniques
