IKS Healthcare - Transformation Leader - Account Receivable Function

Transformation

- Utilize subject matter experience in Outpatient Healthcare RCM focused on Accounts Receivable function and identify process improvement/process automation opportunities to transform the way we work resulting in cost savings, inflow reduction, improving AR outcomes, significant C-SAT improvement etc.

- Lead/drive improvement initiatives such as automation projects, business process re-engineering through projects and other result-oriented workshops to deliver cost savings, improved quality, improved compliance etc.

- Drive global projects across customers and IKS to deliver value propositions

- Drive process excellence efforts for small and large-scale multi-location global projects

Project Management

- Ensure projects are planned well and carried out in a structured manner and document the projects for future reference

- Ensure periodic tollgate reviews are done for all the process improvement projects and drive course correction as necessary

- Pro-actively call out project risks, challenges and seek leadership intervention as appropriate

- Report results of projects; Provide training status reports; Prepare and update project storyboards

Technical Skills / Experience

- US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management experience is mandatory.

- Around 5 to 10 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM operations / Process Transformation

- Good knowledge on AR strategies, Payer guidelines, AR platforms, global issues, exposure to & understanding of AR complexities, denials & revenue stream, front end working environment

- Knowledge on billing nuances, payer rules & guidelines, edits & rejections, billing platforms, exposure to & understanding of Payment Posting

- Knowledge on payment / posting nuances, pay sources, enrollments, know-how of payer contractual, refunds & credits.

- Basic Knowledge of Medical Codes would be preferred

- Hands on experience in fundamentally improving, standardizing and automating the AR function

- Hands on experience in automation of RCM processes using RPA and other automation tools

- Deep interest to question the status quo and focus on positive disruption to improve the way we work

- Self-driven individual with strong inclination towards owning up Projects focused on effort reduction and other key business outcomes drive those projects end to end (i.e. from identification through successful closure)

- Strong project management skills including planning, execution and follow-through

- Experience in driving Global /Company-wide Projects
