Responsibilities
- Owner of RCM Operations (including new deals, client services, P&L)
- Partner with Senior team in innovating to meet annual goals
- Collaborate with sales and help same store sales
- Partner with HR on talent model etc
- Define employee engagement plans (performance, morale)
- Create positive energy and rally org along IKS vision, mission and values
- Continuously re-engineer current lines of business for new rev opportunities and margin expansion
Required Skills :
- 20+ years of operations background
- Managing at least a 3000+ FTE's Operation in India
- Managed senior US employees
- BPO/KPO operations experience
- Demonstrated experience in figuring out how to effectively outsource and scale relatively complex, dynamic and regulated business processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage first-time outsourcing customers
- Experience at Starting or being part of the startup team
- Drive an A+ org and not just a lift and shift org
- Demonstrated experience in figuring out talent models for areas of outsourcing that hadn- t yet hit scale
- Healthcare Outpatient domain knowledge
- Learnt a new domain and shown depth
