Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire compensation and benefits activities, which include industry benchmarking, compensation design, payroll, audits, insurance, statutory benefits, compensation revisions etc.
- Ensure business is provided with compensation reports to manage business strategy
- Lead and manage the entire performance management system - assist business in goal setting, target setting, performance analytics, review process, incentive design and payout, other performance management related outcomes
- Provide intelligence to all stakeholders on the performance of their respective organizations and help improve performance levels across the India organization
- Help is all HR process (re)designing initiatives
- Responsible for process rigor, automation and excellence
- Ensure IKS is 100% legally compliant in all its people practices
- Be the single point of contact for Compensation audits
- Ensure planning and execution of important project meetings and maintenance of MOMs for the same.
- Track and Publish daily-weekly-monthly project trackers and reports ensuring regular updates to HR leadership
- Ensure regular improvements and innovation within projects and across practice areas
- Ensuring development of team members within the team through constant training need identification and execution
- Responsible for performance of the team members through constant coaching and feedback, execution of individual development plans and completion of performance appraisals on time.
- Ensuring high engagement levels in the team through various ESAT initiatives
Functional Competencies:
- Graduation is a must
- MBA in HR is preferable
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR as a generalist
- Proficient in MS Office Tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook) and G Suite
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication Skills
- Well versed with labor laws and statutory compliances
- Should have managed the end to end payroll function for more than 7000-10000 employees in India
