IKS Healthcare - Quality Manager - Medical Coding

IKS Health, a leading US Healthcare services company, is looking to hire a Quality Manager in Medical Coding for Mumbai.

Position: Quality Manager - Medical Coding

Location: Mumbai

A Coding domain expert with AAPC/AHIMA certification who will be responsible for delivering Business Impact by improving coding business processes, solving problems, and driving changes within the coding organization. He/she should be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of coding guidelines pertaining to various scopes of work like E&M, procedure, ICD-10, HCC, denials etc. Also, should be able to manage quality program strategically and automate many of the processes. He/she will ensure alignment of Quality initiatives with the coding COE and help implement a culture of continuous improvement through "leading by example" and facilitating delivery of business impact/results through mentoring and coaching. The successful candidate would be required to showcase the benefits of Continuous improvement to build the coding COE.

Overall Experience :

- 10+ years relevant experience of which at least 8+ years of driving independent coding projects including Six sigma

- Coding certification along with a Six Sigma is a must.

- Multi-specialty Coding experience

- Ability to drive teams with effective domain knowledge and influence clients on improvement ideas and execution of the same

- Program Management skills - leading clusters of coding projects in parallel through wide cross-functional teams

People Leadership - Ability to coach & mentor people.

Strong Quantitative and problem solving ability : Ability to conceptualize complex problems and develop an Analytical road map for them.

Delivers oral and written communications that have clarity and impact

- Demonstrates the ability to facilitate meetings to generate ideas and make key decisions.

- Creates a team environment of accountability and commitment for reaching project goals
