Portfolio Leader (training Program for MBA with 2 to 5 yrs exp) Program Structure? At IKS we will train you on the core functions of US Healthcare &amp; Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Operations. You shall gain exclusive access to senior leadership, valuable training and resources. This training is geared towards creating successful leaders for our Margin &amp; Coding line of business. Through hands-on experience, on-the-job training, presentations and customized curriculum, you will develop end-to-end knowledge in all areas of Revenue Cycle Management Operations to manage our Margin &amp; Coding Clients. The training will consist of 4 (four) phases run in around 12 weeks where you need to show us that you share our values and have your own distinctive strengths. Who are we looking for ? We are looking for candidates which can combine academic success with strong leadership skills and robust experiences proven by the following attributes: - MBA with 2 to 5 years of work experience - Hold specialization in Operations, Finance, Healthcare Management, International Business, and General Management &amp; Entrepreneurship. - MBA with Healthcare background in area of Ayurveda, Dentistry, Homeopathy and Medicine would be preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Candidate with excellent aptitude, highly adaptable and willingness to learn - Open to Travel Domestic &amp; International as applicable (approximately 8 times in a year) - Open to work in shifts.
