Solution Architecture & Implementation Phase -   - Perform full performance level professional work analyzing, refining and documenting the business requirements of IKS included in the development, implementation and production of integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.   - Depending on IKS business requirements and existing technologies, early stage architecture planning may include:   - Performing current packaged software gap analysis;   - Creating technical design specifications.   - Performing system set up and configuration activities;   - Performing workflow analysis and implementing workflow automation;   - Designing user interface prototypes;   - Designing and creating reports or data marts;   - Performing systems analysis and logical design activities such as data modeling, entity relationship diagramming, and logical database design.   - Create ERP systems documentation (including as-is/to-be process documentation); develop and write training documentation and train internal stakeholders.   - Create functional and technical specifications for ERP systems to meet business requirements, while ensuring the integrity of the technical design process.   - Serve as a technical expert on all business requirements and information needs of customer.   Project Management Phase:   - Contact and work with Developers team to resolve software issues with delivered functionality.   - Plan, develop, and execute system regression, integration and acceptance testing.   - Advise IKS on best practices, application customizations and interface strategies.   - Design customizations where needed in collaboration with the technical team.   - Provide guidance to lower-level ERP staff, which includes performing work reviews and performing project management duties.   Other recommended skills are:  - Good understanding of Oracle architecture and a demonstrated experience in at least one of the following domains: Financials Cloud, Revenue Management Cloud, Accounting Hub Reporting Cloud, Project Financial Management Cloud, Project Management Cloud, Procurement Cloud and Risk Management Cloud.   - Strong analytical and critical thinking to quickly grasp business problems and always seeks out opportunities to make continuous improvements.   - Capable of adhering to project schedules and effectively tracking their progress to meet challenging deadlines and corporate initiatives.   - Able to self-manage and work on multiple projects simultaneously both independently and as a member of a team.   - Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills in English up, down and across all levels of organizations.   - Interpersonal skills to build relationships up, down and across all levels of organizations.   Qualifications:  - Msc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computational Science, Electronic Engineering, Econometrics and or similar.Finance experience.   - At least 5 years of experience on Oracle (preferred) ERP solution projects Background in Consulting, IT project ERP implementation strongly desired
