IKS Healthcare - Director - Inpatient Coding Operations (10-16 yrs)
- CPC/CPC-H/CCS certification from AAPC and/or AHIMA
- Overall having at least 5 to 7 years of running core coding operations including having significant experience in Provider Education Programs and onsite and remote client management.
- Proven working experience in managing mainly medical coding services and ongoing Provider education programs (more focused on the Inpatient Professional Coding and Teaching Physician Guidelines) )
- Responsible for end to end client operations and delivery per the SLAs in terms of teams productivity and quality
- Client relationship management in terms of carrying out the weekly and monthly connects with the client conducting the WBRs and MBRs
- Client delivery management, C-sat and ensuring the desired client goals in terms ROI is achieved and is published
- Preferred clinical / para-clinical background from an education stand point.
- Strong working knowledge of tools like MS Excel, MS project and MS PPT etc
- Detailed understanding of the end to end RCM related to US healthcare, Provider workflows (IP) and related key areas of measuring success
- Good communication both verbal and written
