12+ yrs. of experience in Change Management / Process Consulting.   - Act as the agent of change and drive transition of operations teams to standardized technology platforms and process frameworks.  - Research and analyze basic and complex issues surrounding the processes and systems.   - Work with all stakeholders and teams to manage alignment between processes, business objectives and technology solutions so as to optimize performance.  - Make process design and development recommendations to standardize, improve, or redesign processes to meet business needs. Resolve issues identified in the processes and systems.  - Drive and ensure adoption of processes and technology solution among the user groups  - Communicates changes and may provide training to impacted teams  - Own day to day relationships with all key external and internal clients, arrange and attend new and existing meetings to ensure continued excellent relationships are maintained  - Ensure the clients/customers satisfaction throughout the implementation and adoption phases  - Resolve stakeholder queries related to project status and answer queries related to product, process and approach.  - Build confidence and trust amongst the client & user teams to ensure adoption of the processes & technology solutions implemented  - Ensure client satisfaction by the delivery of quality services and quality product.  - Drive a team of implementation & process consultants to ensure successful and timely implementations  - Liaison with client, operations, transitions, technology & support teams  - Act as the go-to person for troubleshooting all implementation related issues  - Manage governance, reporting and tracking of operations and implementation teams.  - Working together with the implementation manager & consultants, drives estimation and documentation of project timelines, efforts and resources that the project requires.   - Lays down the project methodologies through Implementation Plans, Governance Plans, Work Breakdown Structure, Communication Plans and other documents as required.  - Responsible for auditing or tracking of ongoing projects at regular intervals to ensure projects are on course and follow the approved methodology.
