Overview:

This position is responsible for leading the company's brand management, creative and media strategy along with developing and deploying various communications strategies for internal and external stakeholders. This professional must have proven experience in leading and deploying cutting-edge creative communication engagements with exceptional writing and editing skills preferably in a B2B environment with the need and desire for customer outreach. It also requires the ability to assess opportunities, make well-reasoned recommendations and see the process through with minimal oversight. This role will lead a team of experienced and energetic members and needs to provide a strategic outlook to the work done adhering to the highest industry standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Build and deploy an integrated brand management and communication plans for the company in coordination with various internal Business Units

For Internal Circulation Only | IKS Health :

- Managing internal communications, creative writing for company-wide strategic campaigns on various platforms, such as social media, website, and intranet and managed PR agency.

- Responsible for Branding Strategy & planning, budget allocations, team management, close interaction with senior management for sharing and executing ideas for corporate branding.

- Create programs to consistently and effectively communicate key messages, including those to support organizations business objectives, values, mission and branding initiatives internally

- Recruitment related ongoing internal/External branding and collaterals to drive the hiring with vendors

- Internal branding of client floors and all offices

- Support events, client visits, Business development activities.

- Internal communication strategy which is directed towards our staff that includes promotions, awards, recognitions, CSR, new wins, go-lives, new infrastructure etc

- Create (content and design) Monthly Internal Newsletter, Create (content and design) company literature & other forms of communication including presentation, video & marketing & promotional materials, both print & electronic. Copyedit, proofread, & revise communications

- Crisis Communication, Manage risks & issues pertaining to the function Ensure feedback mechanisms are in place to measure the effectiveness of communications initiatives.

- Create innovative ways to communicate that inform, engage, and motivate employees.

- Utilize social media to leverage its various platforms for communications purposes

- Content Management and brand management for all knowledgebase presentations, videos, website, and collaterals. Events & Promotions. Social Media Optimization

- Help develop and manage social media channels for enterprise PR platforms

- Deliver media coverage and activate internal and external communications channels

- Supervise external agency and manage related budgets

- Work with VP, AVPs, and outside agency to integrate key messages of IKS

- Serve as backup to division VP as PIO in crisis situations, major media events

- Develop, update and train department regarding crisis communication and manage crisis communication in accordance with HIPPA policy

- Provide media relations training and guidance for designated spokespersons

- Arranges for and produces still photos and videos to supplement publications.

- Proofread and review all content prior to publication.

- Stays abreast of US healthcare industry, trends, services, and objectives through a building and maintaining relationships with various "clients" (clinical and operational leaders ), physicians, physician liaisons, and others who serve as resources for information, which can be directed as appropriate to external or internal audiences.

Required functional skills

- Persuasive and compelling written and verbal communications skills, an experience of writing for a variety of audiences. Strong editing and proofreading skills.

- 12 to 15 years of total experience in corporate communication, PR or Media management.

- A strong team player who can work collaboratively with peers and manage and deliver excellent performance from teams and individuals.

- Any graduate but specialization in Mass media, communication is preferred.

- Substantial internal communications experience in complex organizations with geographically dispersed staff

- Experience of developing and implementing internal communications strategies and measuring their effectiveness

- Experience of advising senior managers on complex internal communications challenges, including crisis communications

- Experience of successfully managing complex projects, involving multiple stakeholders, from start to finish

- Involvement in managing an intranet and team of intranet editors/contributors

- Knowledge of Social Media Management.
