Position Overview:


- IKS offerings support critical client business functions, require significant transformation in their processes and also require them to share access to patient health information. This makes working with IKS a sensitive decision that involves client executive leadership. IKS spends a significant amount of effort building trust within the client organizations so they can make the decision to work with IKS when their organization is ready to take the leap.

- IKS Health is seeking passionate, strategic and entrepreneurial business development people to help manage the sales pipe as we aim to significantly expand our client footprint. The incumbent will be a part of the CEO's office at IKS Health and will be an important enabler to IKS Health's vision of building a Physician Enablement Platform of the Future.

- The incumbent will work closely with Product Management and the US based sales team, to help execute on a differentiated customer-centric, multi-channel approach towards generating active leads for IKS. We seek Business development managers with passion and track record for an ability to understand the customer pain points, grab a share of their mind and communicate the value that IKS can bring to the table.

- The ideal candidate will have good verbal and written communication skills, excellent business judgment and the ability to tailor content to the specific channel and client context. The incumbent must have the leadership presence, communication & persuasion skills to pull executives towards active conversations with IKS.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Customer Segmentation:

Profile, at a high level, potential prospects by size, type of organisation, geography.

Prospect identification and prioritization:

Segment customers and use qualification criteria (derived from the IKS GTM strategy) to identify and prioritize potential prospects

Prospect profiling and Leadership mapping:

Build a profile of prospective clients, including business model, ownership, competitive environment. Build a profile of their leadership team including contact details.

Identify potential for warm introductions:

Identify ways to get a warm introduction with the Prospect leadership through known IKS client executives.

Introduce IKS:

Where warm introductions cannot be made, initiate prospect executive team engagement by connecting on email, social media and telephone calls, and introduce IKS to them.

Continuing engagement:

Maintain prospect leadership engagement through tailored content and a multi-channel approach.

Project management:

Create and track plans for the entire lead generation activity and report the same to senior management periodically.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

- Understanding of Healthcare Provider business models, especially in the US is mandatory

- 2 - 4 years in Business Development / Corporate Strategy / B2B Marketing

- Knowledge of B2B customer acquisition process

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to hold a conversation with senior client executives

- Cultural mobility to work with multi-geography cross-functional teams

- Ability to track and manage Projects independently

- Demonstrated marketing and market research skills
