- Manage a team of Regional and Cluster collections Managers & Collections officers across South,West & North Zones.

Accountable for reducing delinquency and improve recovery rates on the assigned Portfolio.

- Design and build a robust collection analytics framework across products and across collection life cycle from PDD to write off stage.

- Ensure timely Allocation of cases to Collections officers- basis Geography and Vintage and give sign-off.

- Ensure coverage of portfolio through regular reviews

- Strategize, forecast, drive and execute plans

- Ensure dissemination of targets, KPI and incentive structure to the team at the beginning of the month.

- Ensure periodic audits of agencies and the in-house processes through QA team and compliance of processes within the zone

- Ensure internal and external guidelines are adhered to in the field

- Initiate of legal action on problematic customers

- Motivate team through coaching, development and training interventions

- To support the business on data quality management i.e. improving the quality of customer information available through timely feedback

- Drive the performance of collections agencies through allocated officers who handle agencies.

- Identifying areas of weaknesses, recommending solutions and supporting the collection team to achieve targets.

- Scan environment and be up to date on emerging trends globally on collection analytics and build use cases.

Requisite Skill Set :

- Candidates from NBFCs or bank divisions handling Commercial Vehicle/Construction Equipment/Car Loans with geographic knowledge & experience in South Zone is required preferably in refinance segment.

. Knowledge in Legal recovery will be added advantage.

. Candidates operating from South Zone will be preferred but not mandatory.
