Job Description-Company Secretary

1) Recording and maintaining Minutes of the Board, Committee, General body meeting

2) Drafting Agenda , Notices , Directors report , Resolutions and other secretarial administrative work

3) Knowledge of filing Periodical regulatory filings with MCA, Stock exchanges, RBI etc

4) Good Knowledge of companies act, SEBI and RBI Provisions

5) Resolution of investor Grievances as and when received

6) Coordinate with and assist our internal departments for routine requirements

7) Effective follow ups with consultants , Regulators, intermediaries, auditors to ensure the assignment is completed on time

8) Working closely with the RTA and depositories for share transfer/transmission/name deletion/duplicate issuance/etc

9) Dissemination of information and disclosures to public via stock exchanges and company website

10) Ensure meeting quarterly /HY/annual/event based compliances in timely manner

11)Preparing and maintaining various statutory registers/files/documents as applicable to the company

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 4 to 5 years experience in handling secretarial work of listed entities /unlisted entities or secretarial firms with exposure of handling Mca, Sebi, Stock exchanges, Depositories, RBI requirements
