Junction Money - Product Manager

About Junction Money:

Junction Money is an early stage fintech startup advancing the distribution of financial services products in India. It aims to create the next generation experience for getting access to money with the core objective of providing making this process customized, seamless, fast and transparent.

Our entry product is in the home loans segment. Access to finance is one of the most defining factors in fulfilling the dream of home ownership for a family. We are looking to provide fair and transparent access to finance to home buyers.

We are a team of 2x founders, currently hiring our first set of team members and are looking for individuals with high ownership and growth mindset. Years of experience is not a criteria.

This is going to be a remote role. We welcome individuals requiring flexible work schedules.

Role :

- Translate business requirements into product roadmaps

- Conduct user research and define user flows

- Program manage execution towards development of web/mobile product

- Monitor user behavior and conversion funnels

- Oversee content creation

- Drive user growth for products

Requirements :
