Strategic Initiatives at iimjobs.com is responsible for driving novelty projects in recruitment like:

- Showcase (Employer Branding Initiative)

- Calculus(Talent Mapping and Salary Benchmarking tool)

Position: Manager - Strategic Initiatives

Experience: 1-5 years

Location: Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

- As part of a small, dynamic team you will play a key role in implementing strategies to drive and manage sales revenue for Showcase and Calculus

- You will get a chance to own the P&L for one of the projects

- You will make a strong and positive impression on existing and prospective clients, fostering positive relationships at all levels, particularly senior management levels

- Have to Develop and maintain strong internal working relationships

- Actively seek feedback from clients to ensure continuous improvement

- Proactively find solutions to address client challenges

- Act as a product champion for your project line

- Regularly train internal sales & customer success teams to enhance advocacy

Qualifications:

- University degree or similar in Business administration or in Marketing or equivalent

- 1-5 years experience in corporate sales

- Demonstrated success in relationship building with senior managers in customer organisations

Key Competencies Required

- Persuading and Influencing

- Makes a strong impression on others

- Gains clear agreement and commitment from others by persuading, convincing and negotiating

- Presenting and communicating information

Additional Information :

You will get a chance to meet most of the stake holders of large Indian/Foreign Companies, hence it requires extensive travelling.
