Role & Responsibility:

- Act as the lead techno-functional resource on all ATS implementation request

- Coordinate between internal teams (customer success, sales, tech) and external client teams

- Responsible for data analysis and data extraction

- Responsible for managing all stages of the project for the ATS and talent area, from requirements definition gathering to project planning, testing, and implementation

- Ensure a robust tracking mechanism for monitoring all completed & ongoing integrations

- Monitor progress of tasks against the plan, and reports status to leadership on project issues

- Document all integrations and ensure relevant documentation is kept up to date.

Required Skills:

- The fair technical know-how of XML, RSS feeds, JSON

- Past experience working with ATS such as Taleo, Broadbean, Workday, etc is a major plus

- Well versed with MySQL queries and other analytics tools

- Computer Science background is highly preferred

- Good communication skills needed to interact with onshore/offshore client teams

- Customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations - ability to serve multiple customers and deliver an excellent experience.

- Understanding of how API works and the integration challenges.
