- Video Job Descriptions

Employer branding and its effect on hiring funnel

Experience: 0-2 years

Location: Delhi

Designation: Assistant Manager- Strategic Initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitating in building the content highlighting the employer brand for large enterprise firms or startups.

- Development of external facing brand assets such as Corporate Film, Audio Visuals for new products, Content formulation, Client testimonials, video job-descriptions et al.

- Handling the Post-sales brand engagement for accounts in North, South and West regions in terms of Production shoots, execution of the page on our portal.

- Actively seek feedback from clients to ensure continuous improvement

Qualifications:

- University degree or similar in Mass Communication or in Marketing or equivalent

- 1-2 years experience in Online Marketing and content management

- Demonstrated success in relationship building with senior managers in customer organizations

Additional Information :
