Designation: Assistant Manager- Sourcing | Client Engagement

Experience: 0-3 Years

Location - Mumbai (Kalina)

Reporting into: Client Engagement Lead - Mumbai

Job summary:

Using both direct and indirect sourcing channels, you will work closely with the Client Engagement Managers, to provide high quality shortlists that match client provided roles and requirements.

Key responsibilities:-

1. You will be responsible for sourcing activities (both active & passive sourcing) for a set of client accounts managed by various client engagement managers.

2. Recruiting active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, social networking sites and job boards.

3. Positioning the organization and the role to prospective candidates, if needed

4. Evaluate profiles of potential candidates, ensuring that they meet strict hiring requirements. Pre-screen candidates to a high standard and produce shortlists and where required, long lists.

5. Time management is key to ensuring resourcing targets and SLAs are met alongside excellent customer service.

Essentials:

- Excellent communication (written, verbal) and interpersonal skills to positively influence people

- Previous experience working on sourcing CV's and shortlisting candidates

- Ability to work as part of a cross functional team
