On a serious note, the key competencies we are looking for would be : - A highly customer-oriented team member who can own the customer engagement process end to end - A product owner who can be the single point of contact for providing technical and product support to the customer Ideally, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, knowledge in customer service practices and a passion for delighting the customer every time. Prior experience of handling customer relationship management software in a SaaS based environment would be ideal. The incumbent should preferably be from an IT/ITES background and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Roles and Responsibilities : - Respond to customer issues and queries either through the ticketing system or via email, and to escalate issues to the respective departments. - Maintain and update articles in our knowledge base to answer common customer questions and to provide product updates. - Be knowledgeable and keep up to date with the company's product and functions. - To create and update content in the Actigage Event App Builder (CMS). - Able to work independently, as well as collaborate with the development and product team. - Able to empathise with the customer and attend to their needs. Requirements : - Has prior experience in Customer Success/Customer Service in the SaaS industry. - Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritise and executive task in a fast-paced environment. - Able to understand customer issues and respond quickly and effectively. - Has a high level of attention to details. - Excellent communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. - Has knowledge of and experience in HTML, Javascript, and the Microsoft Office Suite. - Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk will be a bonus. - Prior experience in a startup will be a plus.
