Fixed Income Operations - All back office operations related to SGL. SGL is platform provided by RBI for trading in government securities and borrowing against securities. - Transfer securities to and from TREPS/CROMS/NDS OM - Download various reports from report browser - G Sec stock reconciliation - Settlements of deals pertaining to money market instruments like collateralized borrowing and lending obligation (CBLO), Repurchase Agreement (REPO & Reverse REPO). Ensuring smooth settlement on CCIL's (Central Counterparty) platforms and providing regular updates (pertaining to CBLO segment) like SOL, CRM and Annual Review of Membership. - Monitoring Settlements of Exchange traded securities in secondary market for instruments such as Stocks and OTC securities like SLR and Non-SLR securities, IRS - OIS, Primary and OMO Auctions by RBI. - Preparation of MIS on daily basis and updating treasury and management about the Carry, MTM, Cost and Pnl. Ensuring coupon and interest payments are received on time. - Liaising with Brokers, Counterparty's and Custodians for settlements of trades. Monitoring custodial activities based on their Service Level Agreement. - Coordinating with auditors, risk management team and investment team for any services or system improvements. Create SOP's and providing training to other team members about the importance of settlement processes and related activities.
