Core Objective of the Role is to Drive the cross sell growth strategy
Key Responsibilities :
Formulating & implementing Pan India cross-sell growth strategy by continuously interacting with sales and product team.
1) Campaign conceptualization to execution (to increase sales, to acquire new customer leads, Improve cross sell)
2) Contest Designing (Design, Launch & Drive monthly / quarterly contests for sales team by analyzing data of past contests)
3) Product Website (Maintaining, Upgrading & Innovating the product website with the new/ current offerings)
4) Content Development (In collaboration with Marketing team)
5) Regular Training & Development drives
Skill set required:
1. Ability to solve business problems with digital strategy
2. Good Product Knowledge to handle related queries
Qualification and experience required:
1. Minimum 2-5 years of experience Sales / Product role in BFSI / Financial Services
2. Post Graduate/ MBA from a known Business Institute
