Job Description :

Mortgage portfolio risk management:

- The candidate is required to manage the whole portfolio risk at the central level.

- This includes the various portfolio analysis, RCA, identifying the heat map and suggesting the policy and process changes.

Fraud risk management:

- The candidate is required to manage the fraud risk across all departments and activities. This includes the transaction & people level frauds.

- The candidate is required to manage the end to end cycle of the process starting from the detection of the fraud, investigation (through Audit & FCU etc), customer communication (through legal and customer care), presenting the case to the committee, declaring & reporting frauds as per regulator guidelines, monitoring & review, presenting the report to the audit or other board committee etc.

- Implementing and managing all the regulatory guidelines w.r.t mortgage risk. This includes the Suspicious transactions, Willful defaulters, Early warning signals etc identification, analysis, reporting, monitoring and review etc.

- Closely working with Audit, ERM, Policy, Process and Product departments to implement the controls identified during the activities mentioned above.

- Other activities related to the business and central risk like ECL & ICAAP etc
