AVP - Finance


Responsibilities and Duties :


- Execute the financial strategy of the company

- Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles

- Should be able to prepare financial budgets and monitor the organisation's incomes and expense accordingly - Conduct Variance Analysis on a monthly basis

- Ensuring timely compliance with all statutory Returns with GST, PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and various other laws applicable.

- Analyse the accounts and direct the company in terms of financial matters

- Should be able to read and understand financial statements

- Cash flow management

- Handle Company Accounts on Tally

- Managing audit requirements

- Adequate knowledge of Income Tax

- Preparation of different kinds of MIS reports

- Review each component of P&L along with the maker & checker process, follow-ups on pending balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets management such as depreciation & inventory items.

- Managing Company Secretary requirements

- Should be able to manage expenses and salary calculations

- Preparation of run-rate sheets

- Finalisation of accounts

Requirements :

- CA with strong academic records with 5+ years of experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated leadership skills, solve problems, and set priorities

- Strong numerical/mathematical and analytical skills,

- Should know advance Excel and Tally

- Should be a great team player

- Should be able to negotiate very well with vendors

- Should be able to assess time vs. money at all times

- Understands the meaning of mercantile system of accounting

Qualifications :

- Chartered Accountant

- Experience in the EdTech Industry or any Big reputed firm.
