Institutional Investor Advisory Services India Limited (IiAS) is a SEBI-registered advisory firm, dedicated to providing participants in the Indian market with independent opinion, research and data on corporate governance issues as well as voting recommendations on shareholder resolutions for about 900 companies (which aggregates 95% of market cap).

IiAS is the foremost proxy advisory firm in India. Its coverage of almost 800 companies is one of the largest within the research space. IiAS' products and services focus on corporate governance issues and on ESG assessments. We do not provide equity research - we neither make buy / sell recommendations nor provide stock price targets. We do not provide valuation services.

IiAS' business levels and coverage of companies are expanding. To manage its existing client relationships and increase sales of its expanded product offerings, IiAS is increasing the size of its business development team. The position is located in Mumbai.

IiAS' manpower strength is about 20 people. Our employees are empowered and shoulder responsibilities at early stages of their career.

Job Responsibility :

- Build and establish research relationships with asset management companies, insurance companies, foreign portfolio investor, corporates etc

- Assist in marketing campaign carried out by the company which shall include activities such as preparing marketing material, presentation, email campaigns etc.

- Generate revenue by onboarding institutional clients and corporates to subscribe to IiAS' products and services

- Organize events, calls, and other formats to increase IiAS' mind-space with customers and other stakeholders

Job Requirements :

- General awareness about development in corporate India and in Indian capital markets

- Fluent English language skills (written and oral)

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to connect at senior management level

- A strong team player with excellent inter-personal skills

- An ability to integrate quickly into an established team and deal with colleagues and external parties with confidence and ease

- A self-starter

Education and Experience :

- The role requires at least two years of institutional sales experience in financial services and not more than five years of aggregate work experience

- Digital marketing / social media marketing skills will be considered favourably

- Post graduate degree from a premier institute
