Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage data science projects, overseeing engineering tasks, planning, budget management, and task tracking for the team.

- Define comprehensive success criteria, encompassing both quantitative and qualitative aspects.

- Develop work packages for software and data science teams.

- Monitor progress, address risks and issues, and adapt plans as necessary.

- Collaborate with data science leads and architects to understand requirements and assess potential risks.

Required Skillset:

- Extensive project management expertise, including proficiency with project management tools.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Exceptional drive, ownership mentality, and strong business acumen.

- Ability to collaborate with development teams to achieve desired business outcomes.

- Solid background in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Technology Requirements:

- Prior experience managing development projects on at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Strong grasp of data science fundamentals, a significant advantage.

- Proficiency in CI/CD and DevOps principles.

- Prior involvement in Data Science projects, a significant advantage.

Experience:

- A total of 8-10 years of professional experience.

- A minimum of 5 years in project management roles.

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in cloud development.
