About the Company : IHX provides a unique opportunity to create technology to drive the healthcare data economy by modeling the dataflows across every possible stakeholder in the healthcare sector. The Investors are buying out an asset, which is being spun out from an existing Third Party Administrator (TPA). This asset is currently architected as a cloud-based data exchange platform, between payers and healthcare providers for processing of insurance claims. This SaaS platform comes with 10,000+ hospitals connected to it and processing 30 % + of claims go through the platform. The platform has committed revenue streams from insurers and TPAs. Going forward, Vision is for the platform to act as the plumbing to connect the various entities in the healthcare ecosystem through end to end integration. The evolution of the platform will involve infusing AI / ML capabilities while ensuring data privacy and security. There is a huge opportunity to build out a sensible infrastructure, which can facilitate ease of doing business for all players in the ecosystem to have an impact, by helping improve healthcare outcomes. A new product offering of a Health Information Repository is being envisaged as a primary offering to the Providers and a Patient Concierge platform as the offering to the Patients. The company also envisages doing tuck-in acquisitions. Key Responsibilities: - Define the long-term strategy and vision for the product, leveraging broad customer research & customer experience - Lead and develop product roadmaps in conjunction with the Founders - Achieve profitable growth across all product lines at P&L level - Define and develop communications strategy and plan - Work collaboratively with Analytics, Engineering and Operations to ensure effective delivery and support of products and services - Take a data-driven approach to defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating plans and progress - Go-to-Market Planning: Create a go-to-market plan working with business/marketing stakeholders to maximize product adoption and success - Leverage your client facing abilities to appropriately engage with clients on product share and feature requests as needed Requirements: - Experience in a product-focused technology business which is driven by quality and customer service - Previous experience in leading and developing a product at scale - Previous experience in client development initiatives - At least 2+ years of Product Management experience in AI & ML or Data Analytics is a must - Engaging leader with a track record of building & leading teams - Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
