Role :
- Manager, M&A and Strategy (reporting to Vice President - M&A and Strategy)
- Opportunity to work at a high-growth private equity owned company with a global footprint, in an industry that is going through rapid change led by fast-evolving technology
Key responsibilities :
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to address the most pressing questions facing the company
- Independently run quantitative and qualitative analysis to support decision making on strategic questions
- Identify, source, evaluate and execute inorganic opportunities, maintain a pipeline, conduct industry research, determining strategic fit, build financial models, conduct financial and valuation analysis, support transaction execution
Background & Skills :
- Exceptional analytical skills and data orientation
- High execution orientation, able to handle multiple projects and priorities and work in an ambiguous environment
- Excellent story boarding, presentation and communication skills
- MBA from a top-tier institution
- 2+ years of experience post-MBA at a consulting firm, investment bank or in the corporate strategy function
- Corporate strategy experience in the BPM, IT Services or Technology industries would be a positive
