Job Locations for Vmvare Solution Sales : Gurgaon, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai

Job Locations for Security (Macfee, Syamtic) Solution Sales : Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai

Job Position : Solution Service Specialist

Compensation : Open

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Drive assigned IBM/Oracle/VMWare/Security Sales and GP contribution on an allocated client portfolio.

- Teamwork with all Org Teams to increase sales and market penetration into the allocated portfolio of clients delivering best-in-class customer experience.

- Ensure local execution into the allocated portfolio of clients of the IBM/Oracle/VMWare/Security Business settle globally and to fit to local market expectations.

- Manage the Sales pipeline of IBM/Oracle/VMWare/Security business team working with C-BDMs and using Org tools

- Assist Org worldwide teams on IBM/Oracle/VMWare/Security partnership strategy

- Provide strong vision and a deep understanding of IBM/Oracle/VMWare/Security strategy and go-to-market to fit Org growth and profit expectations within the allocated portfolio of clients..

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

. Must having Exp. in Field Sales

- Strong IT Industry business acumen

- Min. 5+ years IT selling experience, ideally in IBM/Oracle/VMWare/Security ecosystem

- Highly motivated and results oriented.

- Ability to drive results through remote teams in a fast-paced and matrix organization.

- Demonstrated experience and expertise in direct sales model

- Proven track record of consistently holding or exceeding goals using a consultative/solution selling approach

- Working effectively within a virtual team, taking strategic direction from opportunity owners and considering inputs from team members.

- Proven strong negotiation skills and experience

- Business and strategy planning

- Organized, analytical.

- Solid problem solving skills required.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Fluent verbal and written English is mandatory
