We are looking for HR Leader for Business Partner Role for our Swiss IT MNC Client, Gurgaon.

Location : Gurgaon

Compensation : Open

Note: Candidate Should be from IT/KPO/BPO Industry only and reside in Gurgaon Only.

Ready to work in shifts. 1. 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM 2. 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Acts as Business Partner & provides to HR expertise to the Leaders and drives excellence in core HR areas:

- Onboarding

- Learning & Development

- Performance Management

- Compensation & Benefits

- HRIS (to be developed)

- Employee Relations

- HR Compliance

- Culture

- Develops appropriate HR strategies to enable the employees to attract, develop and retain employees within the organization as a whole and enable the organisation to operate at optimum effectiveness and efficiency.

- Employee Relations: Work in conjunction with Leadership and employees to coach and facilitate problem solving. Develop, implement, and administer employee relations programs that will contribute to a positive and progressive work environment. Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees. Handling HR audits, compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to HR processes. Maintain databases - master HR sheet, Exit tracker and analysis, Probation to Confirmation tracker. Coordinate with finance for full & final settlement of employees.

- Learning & Development: Partner with the functional leadership to identify common development needs and implement training strategies that support the company's strategic plans and culture. Facilitate C3 program and assist in ensuring training objectives are in place for all employees.

- Performance Management: Lead performance management tools and work with employees to facilitate accomplishment of goal setting and development plans. Identify opportunities to fine tune the performance management process to best accommodate the needs of the organization.

- Organizational Planning & Development: Managing change, promotions, job title rationalization, career and succession planning. Develop and implement effective communication plans to ensure optimal organizational impact. Creating and maintaining employee handbook and policies and procedures manuals.

- Onboarding: Responsible for new-hire orientations and on-boarding and rapid ramp to productivity

- Compliance: Maintains compliance with state regulations, submits weekly, biweekly, monthly and quarterly reports to labour department for compliance and tracks HR compliance. Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant. Responsible for all internal policies and procedures in line with global strategy and IA.

- Compensation & Benefits - monitor, advise and evolve comp and bens for employees within annual review cycle and against evolution of business. Implement Rewards & Recognition programs beyond fiscal.

- Talent Acquisition: works with recruitment teams and recruitment leader to drive best practice in recruitment and employer branding.

Key Skills required:

- Strong HR generalist knowledge and able to demonstrate growth and potential for growth.

- Pragmatic manager with hands on experience - driving and creating- (not just execution of tasks).

- Experience of developing AND implementing successful HR practices that enable a business to be more effective.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills - must be able to constructively challenge where appropriate.

- Must have Excellent English communication both oral & written. (Mandatory)

- Should be a self-starter and capable to work under pressure.

- Ability to Multi-Tasking and prioritize requirements and has passion to constantly exceed own quality benchmarks.

- Should have good Analytical, problem solving, decision making & people management skills.

- Should be resilient, determined, motivated, attention to details, and organized.

- Should be consultative but action oriented,

- Training Skills

Qualifications Required:

- University degree required in Social Sciences or Business Administration - strong preference for an MBA in HR from a leading university.

- Must have a minimum of 7-8 years of experience HR Generalist and HR Business Partner role in a global company. Ideally this will be supporting an IT services organisation or technology shared services environment.

- Minimum 2-3 year experience in leading successful teams.
