We have an urgent job opening with our IT MNC Client.

Position Name : India Service Head

Location : Gurgaon or Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

Client has 4 global vertical services, driven across our 8 Federations

- Software Asset Management (SAM), Software Procurement Services (SPS), Technology Services Incubation (TSI) and Technology Solutions (TS) but is committed to continuing to develop and evolve world class technology solutions that provide significant benefit to our clients.

- Leading direct and matrix based resources, you will build a global services organization capable of delivering word class technology solutions to our clients.

- You will establish and guide our partner alignment (current leaders and callengers)

- The Individual must possess a minimum of 15 years of IT services leadership or IT consulting experience, and have a deep understanding of the CIO agenda.

- He or she will be a self-motivator, global leader and have a proven track record of driving sustainable, profitable and productive technology services to a global market.

- Provide strong industry vision and a deep understanding of software, technology, and its integration into horizontal and vertical markets.

- Deliver strong leadership with the capability to both manage teams and remain a knowledge expert in designing and delivering IT consulting services & solutions.

- Bring deep understanding of the competitive landscape in IT Services - understanding not only of competitive technology, but how fundamental changes to the software and technology landscape will be important in client's success

- Program manage development for internationally managed partners under Client VAR assist partner program

- Alongside our Federation Leaders, contribute to GP & EBITDA targets within the scope of Client 4 year growth & transformation program (Vision 2018).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required :

- High energy, high workload capacity and exceptionally focused and motivated and results oriented

- Strong Leadership skills - able to clearly articulate vision and deliver at detail level

- Understanding of the end to end CIO agenda, associated technologies and concepts and the challenges they face in today's market and will face in tomorrows

- Demonstrated experience and expertise selling & delivering technology services to senior business decision-makers by reinforcing the value of the technology to the customer's overall business pain and/or strategic opportunities

- Strong, proven track record of consistently contributing to profitable growth using a consultative/solution selling approach, focused on solving Enterprise customer problems with Line of Business solutions, within customers and markets that require a - break the mould- approach (e.g., size of transactions, complexity of sales, shifts in perception, etc.)

- Working effectively within a virtual team, taking strategic direction from opportunity owners and considering inputs from team members. Works with the sales team in preparing the account planning documents

- Trusted Advisor

- Solid problem solving skills required

- Self-starter, organized, attention to detail, deadline oriented

- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong business acumen

- Articulate perspectives and help partners build strategy to compete is core to the role

- 15+ years of customer interaction in a technical, technical sales, or technical leadership role

- Management experience is also a plus

- Position is not location specific

- Fluent verbal and written English is mandatory
